Payments
Data error: If the data entered does not match those recorded on the card (name, address, security code, expiration date), the transaction will likely be rejected.
Insufficient funds: If you do not have enough credit available on your card or you are close to the limit of your line of credit, the transaction may be declined.
Expired or outdated card: If your card's expiration date has passed or the card details are outdated, the transaction will likely be declined.
Daily or monthly limits: Some cards have daily or monthly transaction limits, and if you reach these limits, subsequent transactions may be declined until the limits are reset. Contact your bank

Shipping
You can receive your order at the address you indicate, your home, work, etc.
In a period of 3 to 14 business days.
For shipments to Spain - peninsula and the Balearic Islands, shipping is free on orders over €200.
For shipments to the Canary Islands and Europe (selected countries), shipping is free on orders over €300.
For other destinations you can calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart or on the payment page.
The shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the item.
Shipping fee does not include import taxes. You will be responsible for import duties and other customs charges and will need to pay import tax if charged by customs.
Yes, through “My account” in “Orders placed” you will be able to see the status of your order.
Once we have verified your order, we will send you an email to confirm its departure from the warehouse along with the tracking number. The carrier will contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the delivery details.
Returns
Submit the return request through your customer account on the website within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
If you did not create a customer account when placing the order, you will have to create it now with the same email with which you placed the order in order to request a return.
Upon receiving the request our team will evaluate and accept/deny the return and you will be informed by email. In this email you will receive instructions to return the order if the return is accepted.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories (laces, etc.). It must be new, unworn and in perfect condition, just as it was delivered.
Print a copy of your order, place it in the box, and pack the package as you received it. If you do not include a copy of your order, we will not be able to identify your return.
You must protect the product and its packaging with the original shipping carton or other shipping carton provided for this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product and/or its packaging is returned to us damaged.
You must select the parcel company that best suits your needs and send the order to our facilities on your own. You will have to ensure that the order reaches our address in perfect condition.

The costs and risks linked to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer, so you have to send us the package, paying the shipping costs and ensuring its delivery in perfect condition, unless the order arrives defective, in which case We will take care of the shipping. It must be a shipment with delivery to our door, we will not come to pick it up at your door, or at any local post office.
We will refund the amount of the order (deducting shipping costs, if any) by the same means you paid and within 20 days from the day in which the logistics center notifies receipt of the returned products.
(The logistics center needs several days to review the returned products, so the money refund will not be made on the same day that the transport agency informs you that it has delivered the package).
We reserve the right to refuse the return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
